Location: Menangle, NSW
Contract: 12-month contract (with strong potential for extension)
Salary Package: $110,000 - $140,000 incl. 12% super + generous performance bonus
Work Setup: Hybrid - 2 days WFH, 3 days on-site

Join a growing team delivering large-scale construction projects within the mining industry. We're looking for a proactive and organised Project Officer / Contract Administrator to support the coordination and administration of major works involving infrastructure, facilities, and heavy equipment.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting project delivery through contract administration, procurement, scheduling, and logistics
• Managing project documentation using systems like Aconex, Scenario, or similar
• Coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensuring efficient workflows and clear communication across the project lifecycle

What you'll bring:

• At least 2 years' experience in contract administration within construction or project environments (preferably mining-related)
• Qualifications or background in Construction Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to contribute
