The Role

As a key player in the project team, the Site Manager will take ownership of on-site works on projects ranging from $500K to $50M (Mech).

You'll be responsible for:

• Site scheduling and coordination
• Managing subcontractors
• Supporting the Project Manager with time and budget tracking
• Ensuring OHS compliance and site safety

About You

You’re an experienced HVAC Site Manager looking for a decent team, better systems, large-scale projects, and a clearer career path, with:

• HVAC trade background or relevant degree
• Solid employment history in Australia
• Proven experience on HVAC/mechanical projects
• Strong planning, coordination, and documentation skills
