The Role
This role is generally based in our Head Office in Cardiff, however WFH options are available.
Based in our head office in Cardiff, you will:
Establish and implement overall project delivery plan.
Take total ownership of safety, financial results, time and quality outcomes of the project, customer, and team satisfaction.
Develop, maintain, and implement project specific plans in accordance with KBA's Integrated Management System.
Develop sound understanding of Contract and Statutory conditions relevant to Projects and communicate to site personnel.
Represent the company for all activities with respect to the project.
Commit to, and lead, a safe work environment for the project which is free of incident, injury or damage to the environment.
Ensure compliance with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry at all times.
This position requires the use of a number of programs specifically designed for the industry. You will be well-supported by a highly experienced administration and management team.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent cost management skills.
Strong work ethic and team player.
Have experience working in a Project Manager role for a reputable Head Contractor.
Experience with Prime ECO-Systems .
Have broad experience across the delivery of new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.
Have demonstrated experience in the delivery of projects up to $5 million.
Have a trade background and/or have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field.
