ABOUT THE ROLE

As Construction Supervisor, you will take ownership of and lead our construction projects and site team in Brisbane and/or Gold Coast. Working with a small but dedicated team, you will:

Develop robust project schedules before onsite work

Coordinate all trades and suppliers for on-time completion, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

Leverage expertise in complex building practices and codes

Ensure high standards for site organisation, cleanliness and quality

ABOUT YOU

Minimum 10 years luxury residential construction experience

Proficiency with project management software, in particular Procore.

Experience in carpentry, bricklaying or relevant trade preferred

A driven leader, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
