We’re partnering with an expanding residnetial home builder making a strong impact in the residential market on the Sunshine Coast. With an expanding pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their team and help deliver quality homes while maintaining a high-performance culture on site.

Role and Responsibilities:Title: Construction Supervisor
Location: Sunshine Coast
Reporting to: Construction Manager / Dirctor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of up to 20 residential projects concurrently
• Drive high performance and quality workmanship from trades and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to client expectations
• Maintain strong communication with clients and subcontractors throughout the build process
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards

Required Experience:Education:

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction or relevant construction-related qualification
• QBCC Supervisors Licence

Professional Experience:

• Proven experience managing 15+ residential builds simultaneously with a project or custom home builder
• Demonstrated track record of stable employment within the residential construction industry
• Strong team player with the ability to lead and coordinate on-site teams

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Professional presentation and excellent communication
• High regard for site safety and construction compliance
