About the role
As a newly created role the Senior Construction Supervisor will be the gap between the Construction Manager and Site Supervisors, working to ensure a smooth operation across all volume residential sites. Mainly working on the road sites to visit locations that include Logan, Burpengary, Flagstone and Loganholme and more. The sucessful candidate can be located in any area with the Logan, South Side Brisbane, Northern Gold Coast region.

Tasks & Responsibilities
* Sourcing and securing additional subcontractors to ensure all supervisors have adequate resources to manage their jobs effectively
* Conducting daily site inspections to confirm jobs are on schedule and compliant with relevant building codes, regulations, standards, and WHS requirements
* Supporting site supervisors as needed and escalating any supplier or technical issues to management
* Promoting team cohesion and ensuring clear communication between site and office staff
* Collaborating with the maintenance department to assist with enquiries and on-site investigations

Skills & experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor - specifically within volume residential construction - essential
* Valid and current Site Supervisor or Builders licence
* Ability and willingness to travel form site to site daily
* A Calm, positive and approachable demeanour, along with a cheerful disposition
* Sound computer skills
