Raft Building Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our growing construction team in Brisbane, QLD. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the work of construction works to ensure efficient and timely project delivery

Monitoring workplace safety and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

Providing on-site leadership

Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise workflows

Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting of project progress and resource utilisation

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of best practices

What we're looking for

Proven experience (5+ years) as a supervisor in the construction industry

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, programs, specifications, and drawings

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address on-site challenges

Commitment and a hands-on approach to maintaining a clean, safe, positive and productive work environment

Background of carpentry or a related trade field experience

Certificate III/IV in Carpentry or related building trade (preferred)

Relevant construction certifications or qualifications

Current Construction White Card (mandatory)

Valid Australian driver's licence
