With a reputation for quality, service, and reliability, our team is growing—and we’re looking for a dedicated Construction Supervisor to help deliver exceptional results across multiple projects.

The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee several residential pool construction sites at once. This role is critical in maintaining smooth operations, high workmanship standards, and client satisfaction across all stages of the build process.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate multiple pool construction projects simultaneously

Manage daily site operations and subcontractor schedules

Liaise with suppliers, clients, and the internal team

Ensure OH&S compliance and maintain safe working environments

Monitor quality of work and ensure deadlines are met

Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide clear solutions

Report regularly to the Project Manager

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience as a Construction or Site Supervisor (residential or landscaping experience highly regarded)

Strong ability to manage and prioritise multiple active job sites

High-level communication and organisational skills

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work

Sound understanding of construction processes and reading plans

Pool construction experience is highly regarded but not essential—we’ll train the right person

Knowledge of QBCC and WHS regulations

Manual driver’s licence (required)
