ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Coordinator, your role is to oversee the day-to-day delivery of services and supports for NDIS clients receiving in-home care. You are responsible for ensuring that services are person-centred, meet quality standards, and are delivered in accordance with program guidelines. You will facilitate and report on outcomes for clients and their families and take on a leadership role in bringing about a positive and thriving team culture.

You will be passionate about providing high quality services to our clients, have fantastic coordination skills and experience with the ability to communicate effectively and foster a great team environment. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

Criteria:
- Cert IV in relevant industry qual and/or significant industry experience.
- Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening (if applicable)
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in comprehensive assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of services for clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in the provision of services to people with Complex Support Needs eg, Challenging behaviours (behaviours of concern), High intensity medical needs
- Significant experience working in a community and/or disability setting/service (or similar).
- Knowledge and experience of working within marginalised communities with complex mental health, trauma, crisis and physical needs.
- Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness.
