The Role
This is an office-based role for an experienced Contract Administrator / Estimator with strong knowledge of the Perth market who enjoys working in a tight-knit team where your contribution is recognised. You’ll work directly with the project delivery team and Managing Director, supporting pre-construction and contract management across a steady pipeline of work.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Tender preparation, cost estimating and BOQs across upcoming commercial and industrial projects.
• Management of head contract and subcontractor agreements, claims, variations and payments.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and documentation.
• Some site visits as needed to support project teams.

What You’ll Need 3–5+ years' experience as a Estimator in commercial construction or industrial D&C projects. Contract Administrator experience is also desirable.

• Previous experience across $5M+ projects, ideally in tilt-up or steel frame construction.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of head contracts, subcontracts, cost management, and variations.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and industry estimating or project software.
• Must be a permanent Australian resident.
