This ‘employer of choice’ Tier 3 Building Contractor has appointed us to source a Senior Contract Administrator who is capable of working in a team environment on D&C projects $5 – 20m in the industrial, retail, education and community sectors. This highly reputable and professional head contractor will provide the Senior Contract Administrator with a lot of structure, support and career development in this “job for life” relaxed and informal family culture – once you join you will not want to leave!

Criteria for the Senior Contract Administrator

• 8+ years new build commercial building experience
• 5+ years experience as a Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor for a Building Contractor
• Tilt panel or precast and D&C experience advantageous
• Tertiary qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• A good Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor ready to step up to Senior will be considered
• The right to work in Australia, based in Perth or enroute within 4 weeks

Salary guide to $180k pkg (commensurate with experience)
