Ideal Candidate:
An experienced CA (minimum 5 years) from a Tier 2 background who thrives in fast-paced, quality-driven environments.

Contract Administrator / Junior Project Manager – $90M Hotel & Build-to-Rent Project - $170K – $180K + Super + Fuel

This is a rare chance to work with an international developer-builder with a decade-long commitment to WA. The first project is a $90M hotel and build-to-rent development—company-owned, meaning no variations or upgrade pressures.

You will gain deep exposure to the front end of large-scale construction projects. Upon successful delivery, you'll transition to managing a smaller project, with a clear path for progression, reasonable working hours and no Saturdays.

Align with a developer-builder with long-term projects and have a clear pathway to a PM role.

Contract Administrator / Project Manager – Luxury Residential – Two $7M Homes - $150K – $170K + Super

This role offers an opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the industry, within a company that prioritises development, quality and culture.

Align with a high-end residential builder working across significant and quality builds circa $7m.

Key Responsibilities (All Roles):

• Draft, review and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts and supply agreements.
• Manage the full Contract Administration process from tender through to project completion.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual, legislative and project-specific requirements.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues swiftly.
• Track and manage variations, claims and amendments with clear documentation.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables and risk, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive contractual records.
• Advise project teams on contractual rights, obligations and risk exposure.
• Assist with dispute resolution and claims management where required.

About You:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contract law and construction methodologies.
• Skilled in managing contract negotiations, procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and solve problems proactively.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
