PERSOLKELLY have teamed up with an industry leader in commercial developments, construction, property maintenance and repair services, servicing a diverse range of government and private sector projects, private warehouses and sporting complexes + amenities.

Due to rapid growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced and skilled Lead Contract Administrator on a permanent basis.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director, you will oversee all aspects of the contract administration of the construction projects by managing, leading and mentoring the small team of Contract Administrators, ensuring contract execution, compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, support and mentor Contract Administration team, by providing leadership and guidance to ensure high quality results.
• Promote a positive and productive team culture aligned with company values.
• Ensure contractual obligations and compliance are met in accordance with internal policies, procedures and industry regulations.
• Oversee and cross check financial reconciliations and ensuring timely accurate invoicing in line with contract terms.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on contract performance, risks, and financials to senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, including Project Managers, Finance, Procurement and Administrators.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, lead and mentor a small team.
• Strong understanding of contract law, compliance and construction contract frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with financials, reconciliations and invoicing.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in contract administration tools and MS Office Suite.
