supported by a team of innovative and professional staff. We uphold the brand image of

"Guardians of Adventure," providing high-quality RV products and service experiences to our

customers. Due to business expansion, we are now recruiting a Customer Service and Sales

Representative to join our team.

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. Oversee RV sales activities to achieve product sales targets.

2. Provide professional vehicle introductions and negotiation services to ensure customers

understand the advantages and features of our products.

3. Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and coordinate resources across departments

to provide timely solutions.

4. Conduct customer follow-ups to understand customer usage and feedback, thereby enhancing

customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

5. Organize promotional events, offer vehicle test drive services, and facilitate customer

engagement and purchase decisions.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

**Job Requirements:**

1. At least five years of experience in customer service or tangible product sales.

2. Proficient in handling customer complaints and emergency issues, with strong responsiveness

and effective communication skills.

3. Familiar with various office software, and capable of performing standardized task execution

and management.

4. Strong customer insight and proactive mindset, able to analyse customer needs and provide

effective solutions.

5. Familiar with customer follow-up processes and capable of collecting feedback and evaluating

service effectiveness.

6. Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
