Our factory located in Portarlington runs a range of state of the art extrusion and injection moulding machines. We remain committed to being 100% Australian owned and having all our product made in Australia.

THE ROLE - CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated customer service and sales team member to join our growing office team. No prior experience required, just enthusiasm. The successful candidate will be provided with on-the-job training.

ROLE SPECIFICS

• Customer service via telephone, email and face to face.
• Discuss, interpret and quote customer’s fencing requirements.
• Computer use including E-mails, Online Accounting Systems, Payment Gateways, Google Suite and Spreadsheets.
• Working with other departments in the company to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Dispatching and tracking orders Australia Wide.
• Administration tasks such as stocktake, ordering and filing.

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Previous customer service experience is highly desired
• Exposure to trade/commercial environment
• Computer skills - comfortable with Microsoft Suite of products
• Have a strong “can do” attitude
• Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
• High attention to detail
