About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, people-focused team member to join our Sales & Member Services team at World Fitness Cartel. This is a casual/part-time role offering 12–15 hours per week, with the potential for more as the business grows.

The role involves working across both our Ferntree Gully and Oakleigh clubs. Applicants must be available for shifts within the following times:

Morning shift window: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Evening shift window: 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Plus Saturday mornings as needed

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing friendly and professional face-to-face customer service

Making outbound phone calls to follow up with leads and convert memberships

Answering inbound calls, managing enquiries, and booking appointments

Conducting gym tours and assisting with membership sign-ups

Handling retail shop sales and assisting in the onsite café when needed

Supporting general administration tasks and front-of-house operations

Working closely with the team to maintain a positive, high-energy environment

About You

You're a strong communicator, especially over the phone – confident, persuasive, and professional

You’ve got a welcoming personality that makes people feel at ease instantly, and personable in face-to-face interactions

You have a passion for health, fitness, and helping others

You’re reliable, adaptable, and thrive in a busy, team-focused environment

You’re self-motivated and driven to hit sales targets and KPIs

Able to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment

Available to work a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends (between 7am–9pm)

Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or fitness is highly regarded
