About the Role

As the Quality Management Site Engineer at Whelans Group, you’ll play a key role in driving excellence across the project. 👷🏽‍♂️What You’ll Do

Champion and implement site-specific quality management systems

Conduct audits, inspections, and reporting in line with project and regulatory standards

Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and engineers to resolve quality issues

Monitor and document progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance on site
