We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join us as the new Quality Assurance Manager! You will join a high-performing, welcoming team, based at our modern Head Office in Collins Street, which offers a vibrant environment featuring a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces, and plenty of natural light.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,00 inclusive of Superannuation

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards and industry best practice

Oversee quality assurance activities across the supply chain, including audits, inspections, supplier assessments and process reviews

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure quality expectations and contractual obligations are met

Analyse non-conformance reports, root cause analyses, and corrective/preventive actions

Lead internal and supplier audits, including planning, execution, reporting and follow-up

Train and coach teams on quality standards, processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to senior management

Support procurement, warehousing and logistics teams in embedding quality controls throughout the supply chain

About you

Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance leadership role within supply chain, manufacturing, utilities or infrastructure sectors

Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards

Proven experience in developing and implementing quality frameworks, tools, and processes

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in root cause analysis

High level of written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills

Ability to lead, influence and coach cross-functional teams with a large organisation
