We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bus Salesperson to join our Perth-based sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the most respected brands in the industry and be part of a dynamic, supportive, and results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers across Western Australia.

Identify sales opportunities across private operators, local government, schools, and fleet customers.

Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and quoting through to delivery and after-sales follow-up.

Develop proposals tailored to customer needs and work closely with engineering and production teams to deliver vehicle specifications.

Represent BCI at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.

Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.

About You:

Preferable but not essential sales experience in the commercial vehicle, automotive, transport, or related industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and closing opportunities.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a national team.

Knowledge of buses or heavy vehicles will be highly regarded, but not essential.

Valid driver’s licence (HR licence desirable or willingness to obtain).
