About The Opportunity

As a Sales & Accounts Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing client satisfaction and driving business growth. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Account Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track key account metrics, forecast growth opportunities, and provide regular reports on client engagement and sales activities.
  • New Business Development: Actively seek out and secure new business opportunities by identifying prospects and converting them into valued customers.
  • Customer Support Coordination: Work closely with technical teams to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless solution implementation.
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A self-motivated, organised, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • You will also have had experience in geospatial technology or software sales is a plus.
  • The ability to understand and articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales, with a proven track record in hunting new business.
