We’re seeking a Client Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the National Client Experience Manager, this role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with key clients.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, fast-paced position where your ability to manage time-critical supply chain activities and exceed customer expectations will shine. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through a seamless experience that feels more B2C than B2B.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Experience
● Keying sales orders / quotes
● Requesting new product codes to be created with the admin team
● Reviewing stock on sales orders/quotes to provide quick lead times for our clients
● Following up on consignments with the courier company
● Managing urgent sales orders
● Updating Clients/Products and Decorations to SUMS
● Processing credits for our clients
Client Liaison
● Managing Freshdesk tickets
● Ringing clients when errors have occurred
● Manage returning of samples
● Sourcing products for clients
● Managing client uniform fittings
● Managing client walk-ins
● Answering the work phone line
● Fitting Requests from Clients
● Notifying clients that their orders are ready for collection
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Microsoft Office
Experience working to a WMS (warehouse management system)
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
