About the role

Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking an experienced quilifies, Boilermakers, Sheet Metal Fabricators and Machine operations to join our team in Eagle Farm, Queensland.

What we're looking for

1 x Boilermakers -

Must have Strong welding and fabrication experience

Welding (MIG/TIG/Stick) and metal fabrication

Cutting, grinding, and assembling structural steel

Conducting repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on equipment

1 x Team Leader of Fabrication -

Must hold either a Sheetmetal Worker or Boilermaker trade. Day shift, responsible for a team of 10-15 staff on day shift. Must have a strong emphasis on safety, creating an efficient culture where quality is built in the product.

Must have at least 5 years Stainless Steel (SS) Fabricating Experience and preferrable still in the SS industry.

Pressing/Forming, Rolling experience a necessity.

Cutting, folding, welding, and assembling sheet metal components

Mechanical Fitting/Assembly of equipment experience a necessity.

Proficient in the Microsoft Suite (Word & Excel), managing emails.

Must be able to time manage and manage the team to meet quoted hours

Mentor Apprentices

SAP experience highly regarded.

Regular OT (1-1.5hrs/day, Often working 6-8hrs Saturdays)

Permanent Position available

3 x Machine Operator, Screen Machine -

Must have experience operating machinery in the stainless steal industry

Operate screen plant machinery to process materials

Operating rollers, roll forming, assembly machines highly beneficial.

Monitor material flow and equipment performance

Pay Rates are open for negotiation, pending your experience
