Locally owned and operated, Butler Fab specialises in the repair and fabrication of transport, earthmoving, and agricultural equipment.

We are currently seeking a Leading Hand, Qualified Boilermaker and/or Qualified Sheet Metal Worker to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role that involves day-to-day fabrication and repairs, working closely with a team of tradesmen and apprentices. The successful applicant will be expected to lead by example, demonstrate technical expertise, and contribute to a positive workshop environment.

The Ideal Applicant Will:

Be trade-qualified as a Boilermaker and/or Sheet Metal Worker

Have at least 3 years' relevant experience

Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills

Work well as part of a team

Show a high level of attention to detail

Be confident in their skills and technical knowledge

Be reliable, punctual, and well presented

Have basic computer skills

Hold a current Driver’s Licence and White Card
