Our client is seeking motivated, experienced Tradespeople to fill both Sheetmetal Worker and Team Leader positions on a temp-to-permanent basis. Whether you’re looking to work as a hands-on fabricator or lead a team, this is a great opportunity to join a reputable company at Eagle Farm.

Positions Available:

• Sheetmetal Worker / First Class Welder
• Team Leader / Boilermaker (Leadership & Management)

About the Roles:
Sheetmetal Worker / Welder:

• Workshop role working with light to medium stainless steel
• TIG welding of various stainless steel gauges
• Fabrication and operating press brakes and guillotines
• Work from engineering drawings
• Confident in stainless steel fabrication and GTAW welding

Team Leader / Boilermaker:

• Lead a team of up to 15 staff across 3 shifts
• Organise, schedule, and conduct quality assurance in line with 5S & Lean Manufacturing standards
• Operate pressing, forming, and rolling machinery
• Manage workflows using SAP systems
• Demonstrate leadership, coordination, and time management skills
• Previous stainless steel manufacturing and management experience essential

Licences & Requirements:

• Trade Qualified Sheetmetal Worker or Boilermaker (qualified in stainless steel)
• GTAW TIG welding experience for sheet metal role
• Leadership and management experience for Team Leader role
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow instructions

Pay Rates & Conditions:
Sheetmetal Worker & Welder:

• $50.00 – $56.25 per hour plus penalties
• Temp to permanent position
• Immediate interviews and start available

Team Leader / Boilermaker:

• Leadership role can earn up to $65/hour with experience
• Temp to permanent position
