Maleny Manor is one of Australia's most renowned wedding and events venues, hosting 150+ events a year. Being in the industry for over 30 years, Maleny Manor offers personalised service with our own trained, professional team. Located in Maleny within the Sunshine Coast hinterland, the venue is open 7 days of the week for weddings and private events.

About the roles:

With our busy calendar of weddings and events, we are seeking to employ multiple team members including:

Front of house – Wait & Bar Staff

Evening 3pm – midnight shifts

Food service of canapés, sharing platters, individual drop menus

Table and tray service of beers and wines; Bar service for spirits and cocktails

Current RSA required (Or willingness to attain)

Previous hospitality experience preferable

Multiple roles available with 15 hours (1-2 shifts) available or 30+ hours (4 shifts) available for the right person

$35 p/h Monday – Friday; $38 p/h Saturday; $45 p/h Sunday (*Adult Casual Rate)

Morning Breakfast & Set up

Morning shifts 7am - 12pm / 1pm

Set up of self service coffee machine, served plated group breakfast

Iron table cloths, set cutlery, glassware, napkins

Preferable days Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

10-15 hours per week (based on 2-3 shifts)

From $31 p/h ( based on being 19 years or older)

Back of house – Kitchen hand / Dishy

Evening 3pm – 10pm shifts

Support the kitchen with prep, dish washing and ensuring high level of cleanliness in the kitchen

Ability to work autonomously at end of the night to clean down kitchen

Available for evening shifts Monday - Thursday preferable, with additional shifts on Saturday's

15 hours per week (1-2 shifts)

Hourly rate from $32 p/h (*Monday - Friday rate, based on being over 19)

All roles are on a casual basis with 10 hours+ available based on your availability. With events across 7 days of the week, a mix of shifts are available noting applicants must have availability across weekends and weekdays.

*Please note applicants must have drivers license and reliable transport

Roles are available for immediate start, and shifts available until mid December 2025.
