What You’ll Do

Lead Front Desk & Guest Services
Oversee reception operations, manage bookings, handle enquiries, and deliver impeccable guest care.

Manage F&B & Events Sales
Drive conference, wedding, and event bookings by proactively selling spaces and packages. Ensure flawless on-site execution with our experienced F&B team.

Support Operational Excellence
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff to uphold high standards—all while maintaining a friendly, well-functioning property.

What You Bring

Experience in hotel or hospitality management, especially front office and F&B/events.

Proven sales aptitude: comfortable pitching conference/event packages and closing deals.

Strong leadership and guest-service focus, with a hands-on, solution-driven approach.
