THE ROLE
Support projects from awarded tender through to handover, managing the financials, documentation, and subcontractor coordination. Key duties include:

• Preparing and submitting RFIs, progress claims, and project documentation
• Procuring materials and subcontractor pricing at competitive rates
• Attending site meetings and producing accurate financial reports
• Managing variations and subcontractor claims
• Breaking down and letting trade packages
• Liaising with the site team, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

YOU
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable CA with a strong commercial background and an eye for detail. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in a Contracts Admin role on commercial fit-out or refurb projects
• Experience delivering Heavy refurb or new build (Highly Desirable)
• Confident managing multiple projects concurrently
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships with clients, trades and consultants
• A team-first mindset and ability to work in fast paced environments
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
