Multitude Plaster Commercial is a leader in the plastering, carpentry and commercial cladding spaces. Working with builders such as Maxcon, Hansen Yucken, Hamilton Marino, Kapitol and Kane, we are situated in the high end of the Tier 2 space with specific focus on apartment towers, schools, hospitals and large office fit outs.

The projects are mostly situated in metro Melbourne however a few projects are situated in regional Victoria. The project builds are up to 200M with specific packages up to 15M.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages.

Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders.

Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes.

Tracking of project expenditure against budget.

Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting.

Manage variations.

BACKGROUND

Must have 3+ years experience as a Contract Administrator

Construction management degree

Tier 1 or Tier 2 building experience preferable

Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively

Self motivated and enjoys a challenge

Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes

Ability to work well under pressure

Enjoy a fast paced environment
