The role
Are you ready to take the lead in optimising maintenance and operational services contracts?
We're seeking a strategic thinker to lead the charge in maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of our maintenance operations. You'll provide invaluable leadership and analytical insights to enhance the execution and governance of our maintenance contracts.
Leading a dynamic team, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, acting as a change agent to elevate service contract performance to new heights. What you’ll bring
Demonstrated success in inspiring and nurturing high-performing teams, driving excellence in project planning and delivery.
Competency in leading and motivating teams to drive change.
Strong time management and project management capabilities to deliver value for money outcomes.
Experience in management of contract frameworks and the understanding of governance and reporting processes.
