Your Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a professional, friendly manner

Manage appointments via our practice management software

Handle phone and email enquiries

Process billing (Medicare, private and WorkCover claims)

Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy

Support clinical staff with administrative tasks

Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting (preferred)

Is confident with technology and appointment systems, Best Practice or Medical Director

Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Is calm under pressure and thrives in a busy environment

Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Can work well both independently and in a team
