About the role

We are seeking multiple dedicated and customer-focused Medical Receptionists or Cusomer Service Officers to join our dynamic team at South West Radiology across multiple sites in South West Sydney. As a Medical Receptionist or Cusomer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth running of our radiology practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling incoming calls efficiently

Completing patient registration and the collection of relevant information

Coordinating with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow

Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

Providing general administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Medical/Radiology Receptionist or in a customer service-oriented role within the healthcare industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with patients and medical staff effectively

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

Previous experience working with a radiology software is an advantage (ie. Kestral/Karisma)

A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care

A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively

Arabic speaking/interpreting experience is highly regarded

Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Must be willing to work at all sites to cover sick & annual leave when needed i.e. Wetherill Park, Minto, Campbelltown, Moorebank, Liverpool and Mount Annan

Availability to work Saturdays 8:00am to 12:30pm (if needed)
