Exceptional Communication Skills: You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, so a friendly and clear communicator is key.

Organised & Detail-Oriented: You’ll manage appointments, phone calls, and administrative tasks, so strong organisational skills are essential.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using office software and scheduling systems using Best Practice Software.

Reliable & Flexible: We work as a team and we really rely on each other to show up when we are rostered.

Team Player: You’ll collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience, so a team-focused attitude is essential and be working with a small, friendly, experienced team of admin staff.

Empathy & Patience: Providing a caring and supportive environment for patients, especially in sometimes stressful situations.

What you’ll be doing:

Greeting and checking in patients with a positive and professional attitude

Answering phone calls, managing appointment bookings, and handling patient inquiries confidently

Supporting the team with administrative duties such as scanning, data entry, and managing medical records

Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
