About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced office support person to join our dynamic team in Ravenhall, Victoria.
In this full-time position, your daily responsibilities will vary, ranging from employee support, to data entry, to general office housekeeping.
This is a vital and rewarding role, requiring excellent organisational and communication skills to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our successful plumbing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Tasks:
Accounts Payable & Receivable assistance: Processing invoices, payments, and reconciling accounts.
Financial Reporting assistance: Assisting with preparing and analysing financial reports.
Payroll assistance: Processing payroll transactions and managing employee information.
Administrative Duties:
Office Management: Managing office supplies, equipment, and schedules.
Communication: Acting as a point of contact for general office inquiries.
Data Entry & Reporting: Maintaining records and generating reports
General duties:
Daily use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), XERO Accounting Software, and in-house management systems
Handle a variety of administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document preparation
General business tasks including uniform stock, office supplies, vehicle management
Contribute to the overall efficiency and organisation of the office
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar support role e.g. Bookkeeper, office manager etc
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, XERO Accounting Software, and general office systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
Highly organised with strong follow-through and task completion skills
What you'll receive:
