Our Knoxfield Workshop boasts decades of experience and a spacious, well-maintained facility—ready to welcome the next mechanic to join us on our journey toward zero-emissions buses.

The Position

This is a dynamic role offering opportunities for development, training, and career progression. You’ll be working alongside a diverse team of highly qualified mechanics—some of the best in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems
• Diagnose mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and reliability
• Repair or replace faulty parts, components, and systems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent trade qualification)
• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic, ideally with buses or heavy vehicles
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and follow procedures
• Valid driver’s licence; MR or HR licence highly desirable
