We are seeking skilled Heavy Vehicle Technicians to join a state-of-the-art workshop currently located in Somerton with future plans to move to a new state of the art facility in Mickleham. Duties

• Perform repairs, servicing, and inspections on engines, gearboxes, brakes, differentials, and a wide range of trucks and buses.
• Conduct diagnostic analysis using the latest diagnostic software and computer equipment.
• Produce clear and concise repair order reports and provide recommendations.
• Offer guidance and support to apprentices, mechanics, and trade assistants.
• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Skills and experience

• Certificate III in Mechanical Trade (or equivalent) with experience in the heavy vehicle industry.
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• HC driver’s license (desirable but not essential).
• A customer-focused approach and dedication to high-quality work Own set of tools
• 3rd or 4th year apprentices encouraged to apply
