About the role

We’re on the hunt for a bold and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the charge on all things digital across Jackalope Hotel, Doot Doot Doot, and Rare Hare. This is your chance to shape the voice of one of Australia’s most distinctive luxury brands.

You’ll be the brand storyteller, strategist, and content creator behind our award-winning experiences – bringing our unique fusion of design, dining, and hospitality to life across social media, web, email, and paid channels.

What you’ll be doing:

Crafting compelling digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue

Leading social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement

Managing email marketing and paid ads (Meta & Google)

Creating Lo-Fi and high-impact visual content, both behind the camera and with agency support

Optimising our digital presence through data, insights, and creativity

Collaborating with a passionate marketing team to turn big ideas into business results

What you’ll bring:

5+ years’ experience in digital or content marketing

A love for storytelling and an eye for design

Sharp digital skills across socials, Google Ads, CMS, and Adobe Suite

Strong commercial and strategic acumen – data is your creative compass

A self-starter mentality and the confidence to own your work

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is primarily based at Jackalope on the Mornington Peninsula, with flexibility to split time at our South Melbourne head office for the right candidate.
