SEO, Media & Content Specialist (Video/Photography)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven SEO & Media Specialist who can also capture on-site video and photography content. This unique role combines digital strategy with hands-on content creation — ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable with Google Ads and a camera in hand.

You'll be responsible for boosting our online presence through smart SEO, running effective paid media campaigns, and creating high-quality visual content for use across our website, social media, and advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. SEO & Website Optimisation

- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and technical SEO performance
- Work with our web team to keep content optimised and up to date

2. 2. Paid Media Advertising

- Plan, run, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage budgets, targeting, and A/B testing
- Track and report on ROI, conversions, and performance

3. 3. Content Creation (Photo & Video)

- Visit job sites (metro Melbourne) to capture engaging photography and short-form video
- Edit footage for web, social, and ad use (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content

What You’ll Need:

- 2+ years experience in SEO and digital ad campaigns

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (GA4, SEMrush, etc.)
- Confidence using a DSLR/mirrorless camera and gimbal
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Intermediate to advanced graphic design a plus (Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Valid driver’s license for on-site visits (vehicle provided or reimbursed)
