About the role

Shasha Outsourcing Services is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Williams Landing, Victoria. This is a part-time position that will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. As a key member of our sales and marketing division, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and converting new leads to support the company's growth strategy.

What you'll be doing

Proactively prospecting and generating new business through various channels.

Conducting market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends

Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to both new and existing clients

Negotiating and closing deals to secure new business contracts

Providing regular updates and reports on sales performance to the management team

Attend business meetings/networking events/Professional development events and promote our brand to potential clients.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the outsourcing or professional services industry

Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence senior-level decision-makers

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
