About the Job

This full-time position is for someone who loves bringing ideas to life and wants to build a career in social media and content marketing. You'll be responsible for executing our social media strategy across a growing group of brands in the property and finance space. From designing graphics, filming and editing videos, managing posts and engaging with our online communities. You'll be supported by a small, creative, and collaborative team that values initiative and attention to detail.

You're creative, switched on, and love turning ideas into engaging content. You're confident with your tools, comfortable working across multiple platforms, and keen to grow your skills in a team that will support and challenge you. You'll need to have a solid understanding of social media and what makes great content. We're after someone who can hit the ground running and keep up in a fast-moving environment.

Job Breakdown:

Content Creation

Design graphics, carousels and stories using Canva

Film and edit videos for TikTok, Reels and Stories

Capture content on location, in the office, and at events

Social Execution

Follow and help roll out social content calendars

Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok

Write captions that match our voice, audience and platform

Engagement & Community

Monitor comments, DMs and tags across our brands

Keep up with social trends, best practices and competitor content

Look for new ways to grow reach and engagement

Reporting & Insights

Track performance metrics and support basic reporting

Share learnings and content ideas based on what's working

Qualifications, Skills and Behaviours:

1-2 years experience in social media or similar role

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, media, communications, or digital marketing are highly regarded

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Creative and proactive mindset, always looking for fresh ideas and emerging trends to improve content performance

Excellent time management skills, organised, able to meet deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and balance competing priorities

Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with ability to adapt to different voices and styles for different audiences and platforms

Positive, ambitious attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally

Team player who enjoys collaboration but can also work independently
