We're Hiring: Exceptional Office Administrator (Part-Time / School Hours)

🛠️ About the Role
Join our dynamic plumbing team as an experienced Office Administrator, working closely with our Admin Manager to keep operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Logging and tracking incoming jobs
Reconciling transactions and processing bills
Managing reimbursements
Allocating job expenses
Organising invoices for approval and handling data entry
Liaising with customers & providing exceptional customer service
Coordinating schedules, appointments, and job bookings as required
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Assisting with payroll and timesheet collation
Monitoring email inboxes and responding to enquiries
Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
Preparing reports and documentation as needed
Accounts payable and receivable
Other general administrative duties as required by the management team
✅ What We're Looking For
We’re after someone who brings professionalism, energy, and a great attitude to the role. Key requirements include:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
A proactive, can-do mindset with great attention to detail
Warm and professional customer service skills
Excellent written communication and email etiquette
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with Aroflo and MYOB is a bonus (but not essential)
Book keeping experience is a bonus (but not essential)
