$33-$40 P/HR (Subject to skills and experience).
We are searching for an experienced administrator to work in house at our Pakenham office. Part-time work with the potential for a full time position.
This key team member will report to and work alongside the director whilst managing the general administration, team scheduling and office operations to ensure that we can obtain a superior level of service for all of our clients. The responsibilities of this role will include:
Effectively manage the schedule/program for all of our crews & team members.
Be the "Champion" of our Job Management System. Entering & management of job files, daily notes & liaise with team members for any details required.
Manage incoming emails & communications with all clients, suppliers, subcontractors etc.
Recording of employee's leave and approval of timesheets linking back to day cards.
General data entry, collation & entering of suppliers invoices, receiving and checking off daily deliveries, management of vehicle records and servicing.
Administrative tasks required for the director and effective operation of the company.
Be an integral player in supporting our vision for growth, efficiency and on going professionalism.

Personable & friendly with great rapport building skills.
Strong communications skills to effectively liaise with all stakeholders including our team, suppliers & clients.
Consistent and punctual with outstanding organisational skills.
Experience and drive to implement, create & improve company systems & processes.
Past experience in a trades or construction business utilising Job Management Software.
