About the role
Valleywide Tree Services is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Morwell, VIC. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our office operations and providing administrative support to our growing business.
What you'll be doing
Process invoices, bills and tracking expenses.
Maintaining supplier records and booking external services or ordering parts
Managing compliance documentation, licenses, and certifications for the business and staff
Assisting with schedule coordination and managing the team calendar
Filing, data entry, and system upkeep
Answering client enquiries via phone and emails
Completing payroll duties
What we're looking for
At least 3 years of experience in a similar office administration role
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook etc
Experience with Reckon Accounting system
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
A positive, team-oriented attitude and the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
