We’re looking for a Sales Manager to take full ownership of our high-performing residential sales team, drive revenue growth, and scale operations to the next level. If you're a self-starter with deep product knowledge and a passion for leading teams — this is your moment.

🧭 Your Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of solar, HVAC systems, heat pump hot water, and battery solutions across Victoria

Lead and expand a team of 5 sales reps — with a target to hire, train and manage 5–10 more

Implement and monitor CRM usage, ensuring accurate sales pipeline and lead follow-up

Run weekly team meetings and regular 1:1s to keep performance sharp and focused

Keep management aligned with timely reports, sales forecasts, and performance reviews

Inspire and energise the team with strong leadership, coaching, and motivation

Work flexibly — this isn’t a 9 to 5 desk job. Sales happen when customers need us

Override commissions available for experienced leaders who help grow revenue

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrated success in residential or B2C sales leadership

Solid product knowledge of solar, air conditioning, and heat pump systems

Strong familiarity with sales CRM tools and pipeline management

Excellent people skills — you’re a motivator, not just a manager

Hands-on, flexible, and ready to lead by example

Organised and confident in performance reporting and forecasting
