Join the Sales Arm of a Leading Property Management Company

We're expanding into residential sales and seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to drive growth and help build a high-performing team.

Work directly with a large rent roll and tap into strong demand from landlords ready to sell.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to close and wants to step into a leadership position.

You’ll be responsible for:

Prospecting and following up with leads

Managing vendor and buyer relationships

Running open homes and private inspections

Negotiating and closing deals

Handling contracts and sales admin

Keeping CRM (Eagle) up to date

Supporting marketing campaigns and sales reporting

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in residential sales

Strong track record of results

Leadership experience or ability to manage a team

Excellent communication and relationship skills

Target-driven, proactive and motivated

Experience using Eagle CRM and CoreLogic

Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
