About the role:

The Medical Receptionist we are searching for is someone who can thrive in a dynamic, fast – paced environment, demonstrating the ability to work both autonomously and together with a team. This role requires an eye for detail, a warm and courteous manner, and a mature and professional approach. We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to each and every patient.

Primary duties of this role will see you:

Greeting patients, answering and managing incoming calls

Coordinating patient appointments in advance through various communication channels

Stock takes and ordering of medical and office supplies

Perform to general administrative duties

About you:

To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for an individual who, successfully, has:

Experience in a specialist clinic, preferably having worked in the Holistic Medicine space.

Excellent telephone etiquette & communication skills (both verbal & written)

Ability to multi-task in times of pressure

Outstanding communication and people skills
