We are looking for someone to join our fun and dynamic team in the office to assist with our growth!

As a fast growing business we are looking for someone to:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle client communication

Assist with sales enquiries and maintain ongoing client engagement

Schedule and coordinate appointments and site visits

Prepare and distribute quotations and other key documents

Answer client queries promptly and professionally

Create and maintain client relationships

Skills and Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication, with prior experience in a customer-service role

Outstanding attention to detail

Experience in a dynamic high performing team where priorities may change day to day

Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, technologies and information

Prior sales experience is preferred

Industry experience or knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
