About the Role:

Reporting to a national finance leader, you'll play an integral role in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial and management reporting. This position is suited to someone who enjoys partnering with both finance and operational stakeholders and is comfortable working across multiple business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the month-end close process within a large ERP environment (SAP), including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Deliver clear financial analysis, with a focus on identifying variances and translating data into operational insights.
• Partner with divisional and site management to support performance reviews and business planning discussions.
• Contribute to product costing and assist with reviewing cost of goods sold, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure costing data remains accurate.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing analysis and commercial commentary.
• Assist with internal and external compliance, including audit preparation and ad hoc reporting tasks.

About You:

• CA / CPA qualified with 5+ years' experience in a senior accounting role, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG setting.
• Confident working with large ERP systems (SAP experience highly valued) and proficient in Excel.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience liaising with both senior finance professionals and operational teams.
