Do you have a keen design eye and an intuitive, proactive approach to building professional relationships? If you're a successful sales person with a track record in the interior design and architecture sectors, this role is for you.
You'll be joining an established and successful interior textiles and surfaces business who has had year on year success. They have a diverse product offering and collaborate with some of the world's leading design studios across retail, hospitality, workplace, healthcare and education projects.
With success comes growth, and they are now seeking a strategic National Account Manager to grow their client base and collaborate with their clients to bring new and innovative products to market.
What you'll be doing
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximise growth and profitability for key client relationships
Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, proactively managing and coordinating all aspects of the client relationship
Identifying new opportunities to expand the scope of services within existing accounts
Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive successful client outcomes
Providing regular updates and reporting on account performance and strategic initiatives
Maintaining an in-depth understanding of client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform account strategy
What we're looking for
5+ years of proven experience in a strategic senior sales role, ideally within the architecture, interiors or construction supply industry
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and client retention
Strong commercial negotiation skills with proven ability to secure profitable agreements
Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, complex client relationships simultaneously
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify insights and trends to inform account strategy
Degree in business, marketing, design or a related field is preferred
