ICT Account Manager:

Salary Range: 125K-135K package

The Role:

With more than 150 staff and offices in Melbourne and Sydney we are a trusted partner with some of Australia’s leading government and commercial organisations across a variety of industries.

We have an opportunity for an experienced, team-oriented, highly motivated, and well-networked ICT Senior Account Manager to join our growing NSW team and help take our organisation to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and maintain lists of new prospective clients in NSW using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sources.

Acquire knowledge of Terra Firma’s and competitors’ ICT services, and market trends to better serve client needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify and act on selling opportunities.

Check-in with our customers regularly, ensuring satisfaction with the work our consultants are carrying out, and delivering an outstanding experience. At Terra Firma the work we do matters.

Meet clients regularly to understand their ICT requirements, assess needs, and present suitable ICT solutions aligned with their business objectives.

Collaborate with the consulting team to monitor and ensure the delivery and performance of ICT solutions and services meet the clients expectations.

Respond to RFPs, RFTs, and RFQs.

Quoting and negotiating rates and completing SOWs.

Use the business CRM (Salesforce) to prepare sales reports, and maintain client records.

Report to the NSW general manager on new client prospects, sales made and client updates.

Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT Account Management or Business Development.

Strong relationship building and networking abilities.

A consultative approach to understanding clients’ needs and defining innovative solutions.

Ability to understand client needs and manage large accounts.

An ability to proactively build a pipeline of business.

Exceptional communication skills.

A team-oriented, collegiate, and proactive working style.

Previous experience in Business Consulting, IT Project Services or Contract Recruitment in large accounts would be highly regarded.

Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent.
