We are establishing a 12 month appointment pool for vacancies that may arise. We may offer permanent, fixed term, full time, part time or casual appointments, with the possibility of a further term and/or permanency.
We currently have the below roles available for immediate permanent filling:
2 x Qualifications and Credentials Officer
1 x Student Systems Analyst

About the Role
Student Systems Analyst
As a Student Systems Analyst you will be proactive and solutions-focused in providing support services for our student management related systems. In this critical role, you'll provide high-quality technical support while contributing to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes that underpin the student journey.
Working collaboratively across teams, you'll help ensure our digital platforms are effective, efficient, and responsive to the evolving needs of staff and students alike.
Qualifications and Credentials Officer
As a Qualifications & Credentials Officer you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our course and credential systems. In this detail-oriented position, you'll be responsible for creating and updating course and product information that underpins student progress tracking and academic management. You’ll also support the credentialing process, helping to ensure that issued qualifications meet rigorous National and State Standards for accuracy and compliance. This role is essential to delivering trusted educational outcomes and empowering students as they move through their learning journey.
